Coerver® Coaching's philosophy is to promote the importance of teaching individual skill and small group combination play through our unique training method throughout the world.
Coerver® Coaching is committed to developing programmes and methods that allow for children everywhere to have the chance to play the game and to fully develop their technical ability irrespective of geography, demography, ability, age or gender.
Coerver® Coaching operates a licensing system whereby suitably qualified individuals can apply for a licensee agreement to develop the Coerver® Coaching method in their local area.
Coerver® Coaching are always looking for new Regional, State and Local licensee's who can show that they will be suitable representatives for the programme in their area.
Regional Licensee's differ widely in terms of experience and magnitude, however all share the passion and enthusiasm that the game of soccer creates. They strive to offer the best quality of coaching possible to young players and endeavour to create a professional, safe & fun environment within which they can develop.
We expect the very highest standards from our Regional, State and Local licensee's and expect them to always promote Coerver® Coaching in an appropriate manner and to be able to run the business with the required acumen.
We believe that we have an excellent support system in place to allow our existing and new Regional, State and Local licensee's to maximize their growth potential and to run a successful Coerver® Coaching programme in their area.

All Coerver® Coaching staff are trained specifically to deliver the Coerver® Coaching method.
They attend regular internal technical coaching training days which enables them to work to the high standards that the Coerver® Coaching training requires.
