This is a Coerver Coaching program, players do not need travel papers, or player cards to participate in this event. Players will be required to complete the player application with waiver, and have it with their team packets when they check in. No player application, no play!

Team and Player applications forms can be found on the individual tournament website. Each player must fill out a player application form. Player applications can be mailed in along with your team application or they can be handed in at your team check in. Players must have a completed player application to compete in the event.
